About gameblur
Welcome to gameblur. We are a collective of hobbyist bloggers-turned-writers, website editors and admins, and a few semi-professional writers. We hail from a range of professions – from academia to creatives – with a writing and video team split between Gauteng, South Africa and Devon, UK. We aim to focus on a range of genres that interest our writers, including big-budget releases but also indie games and the mid-tier “AA” market – both of which receive far too little attention when stacked up against big-publisher marketing budgets. We’ll be producing reviews, previews, and impressions primarily, with a few editorials and retrospectives thrown in.
