AKirA is the nickname behind my real name, Simone. My gaming career started in 1997 when I started playing QuakeWorld becoming one of the best in my country. In 2001 i won the Italian Champion title in Starcraft, continuing as a "pro-player" of various RTS games (Warcraft III, Wh40k Dawn of War).
Today I work as Esport Manager for Cookies Digital and i'm a journalist for Corriere dello Sport, Everyeye.it and Wired.it.
Futhermore I'm a caster, a professional esport commentator. In my life I've commentated tournaments of Starcraft, Warcraft 3, CS 1.6, CSS, CSGO, COD4, FIFA, PES, Guitar Hero, Command & Conquer and Magic The Gathering. In ther Wirzards of The Coast game I've achieved several results as a player (once I used to have 2 Pro Points)
