About Monique Short
I tend to have 2 approaches to playing games.
Either games that I NEVER played, or ones that I played so much that I am basically a walking strategy guide for, and for this, I basically try to figure out how games work and what I can do to make powerful combinations or anything that could be exploited, then try to play the game as if I don't know them, but can use it just in case I hit a brick wall.
I tend to prefer RPGs, such as Final Fantasy, Trails, and Shin Megami Tensei to name a few off the top of my head, but I'll play just about anything if it catches my eye.
I have a hand injury that keeps me from being able to play games that require precise inputs over a long period of time, which is why I like menu based games since I can take as long as I need to take my turns, despite this, I do enjoy some action games such as Megaman, Nier, Dark Souls and Devil May Cry, but if I play them for too long, I usually have to take a day or two to recover otherwise my hand cramps up.
