The Jump Guardian is one of the 3 infamous bosses of MP2, however its fairly easy in my opinion. First off the arena you'll be fighting in is a round room covered in the dark besides one area lit up by a Light Crystal. STAY IN THE LIGHT! You don't need to leave for any reason other than dodging its jumps (then get back inside!). The Jump Guardian has two attacks. It will create lasers made of light? and fire them directly at you, you can avoid these easily by standing behind the Light Crystal to have it take the hits. When the Jump Guardian jumps, it will usually jump up onto a cliff over looking you, this will force you to stop locking onto it for a moment. Immediately lock back onto it before it jumps down so you know where it is at all times. When it jumps on the ground it will create a shock wave that is difficult to jump over unless you know the right method. The method I use is to actually jump forward towards the Jump Guardian instead of jumping straight up, it usually works maybe 85% of the time once you get a feel for it. The Jump Guardian is also invincible when it has its purple shield around it.
