2021-03-28 (Duper) Raxis_Slayer aka CMT-Raxis on Friends List - Fallout 76 "Name Change" Bug
5edit: as it turns out, I know a little more about this bug now - it involves the system and people changing their names. I tried to explain this to bethesda, as it was super obvious with two clients, when on one screen, there was one name, and on another account, there was another name. other people noticed this too. i reported this to bethesda. they told me 'you must have let them on your list' and ignored me. They did not understand that no, i did add this piece of garbage to my list, i added someone else, and when i did, their name changed. That is a bug in the system. that dupers exploited to harass me.
Other people like NukaColaRiley aka MrsNekrosias (her partner offers everyone in Fallout 76 public voice chat he meets a 'dossier with info on sinseer' including my personal info, while he tries to convince others I'm a pedo - ) and her friends also used it. MANY people used this exploit. How was I ever supposed to escape these people, when Bethesda lets this happen for 3 years?

Raxis is one of the main dupers and real money traders in Fallout 76. He is a member of the DemonAsylum Exploit and Harassment Discord Server, where they shared my home address, name, and phone number. It was used to harass multiple Fallout 76 players, not just me. That discord is also public, and run by a youtuber who profited from teaching other people how to dupe. He hosted and allowed the 'white power' duper group known as 'dupers r us' to infest his discord.

CMT is the duper group that has been providing a lot of duped and hacked items to the Fallout 76 population - both in-game, and out of game with the real money trade - everyone knows it.

So I accepted some friend requests this weekend.
After I accepted the requests, with seemingly innocent, unrelated names, I suddenly have one of the main doxxers from Bandit Bar and Raider Syndicate on my list with a new name 'raxis_slayer' - can you explain to me how a raxis - the person who was organizing harassment via googledocs, and is part of the group who I've already recorded admitting - and gloating over the fact they doxxed me - spreading my home address, full name, and phone number - from there ended up on my friends list?
I would never accept this piece of garbage on my list.
What is going on here, and why can't you keep this one particular group of nasty doxxers and sexual predators away from players?
Your system is broken, and people are abusing it to harass me and others.
