Об игре:
The Forest— — компьютерная многопользовательская игра, в которой сплелось множество жанров: выживание, хоррор, приключение и экшен.
Сюжет игры рассказывает об отце, который со своим сыном потерпел крушение самолёта. После того как он очнётся, он замечает, что сына больше нет рядом, а в воспоминаниях таится фрагмент, как неизвестный человек уносит его вдаль на руках.
Теперь у героя одна единственная цель — выжить и найти сына. Он решает тщательно исследовать остров на наличие полезных ресурсов, которые в будущем помогут ему сохранить жизнь.
Также на острове можно построить убежище, но нужно как следует его защитить, ведь на острове герой окажется далеко не один.
