The major differences of update 2.02 of Cyberpunk 2077 are demonstred in this video. Also you have the scene where you first talk to Panam (which I decided to romance this new build). Indeed to see the differences from the original better, even CD Projekt Red recommend starting a new playthrough.
Also Keanu Reeves looks more like Keanu Reeves in this version.

The major differences I found was that the crafting components are no longer available at vendors, and you have here sau quick tips on how to get more. The fact that you can buy more apartments now. They completley changed the way you buy cars now (you get them all from terminals).
