Went back to my local exhaust shop and had them change the uneven section to an even section and I honestly should've done this from the start! Setup sounds waaaay cleaner now.

Current setup:
-Intake Resonator delete with K&N Drop in filter
-Stock Precats
-Custom J-Pipe (Bigger/Longer piping)
-3rd Cat delete
-Custom 2.5" Non resonated Magnaflow Catback
-Custom 2.5" to 2.25" rear y pipe

Hopefully getting PCDs from RV6 and Ktuner as well later this year.
