A Chaotic and SIlly FPS Bullet Hell | Bears In Space demo
2Hello everyone! Another demo that was part of the latest Steam Next Festival, but somehow I missed it. This is Bears in Space a chaotic and silly (on purpose) fps bullet hell that is a lot of fun (should I call this a boomer shooter?). The game has been in development for over 7 years and you can really tell (considering it is only 3 people working on it). Not the most modern graphics, but they really fit with the gameplay, story and overall sillyness. Gameplay is really fast-paced, a bit hard to control when you start (reminding me to DUSK), there is a lot of enemy variety already in the first stages and the guns are great. They really nailed it with the gun variety (the hat and the basketball ball specially). You can purchase upgrades for your weapons, and they can also level up (sadly, I didn't check if there was something else to do after my weapon leveled up). The only thing that got me a bit confused is the secrets part of the game... Will this be per levels? Can I replay a previous level to find secrets again? Because there was an upgrade about finding secrets.
