With GTA Connected adding Bulletspread Fix as a server option, PC players can finally enjoy Multiplayer the way it was meant to be played 14 years after the game's release (without having to tell everyone to download mods, enable them, remove them later and all that jazz), because Cockstar wouldn't fix it themselves (or anything else really).
