Navigate to the games download location, something like
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\A Plague Tale Innocence

Inside here find the games .exe file

Open up your Hex editing software of choice, the one I use is HxD (https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/) and open the game .exe in this software (I just drag it accross from the explorer window into HxD

Now hit CTRL+R on your keyboard and search for the following string - 39 8E E3 3F

And choose to replace this with either:

3440x1440 - 8E E3 18 40
2560x1080 - 26 B4 17 40
3840x1600 - 9A 99 19 40

Make sure to replace both instances of this hex string (it's in the file twice). Then save and close HxD and off you play!

You'll probably have to do this every time the game updates.
