In this video, I review the excellent overhaul mod for Empire Total War, The Rights of Man (TROM). This mod, completed several years ago, seems to have been forgotten in recent years, but in this video I try to show how it is still worth your time. The Rights of Man is not the most comprehensive or massive of overhaul mods, but it definitely enhances the game quite a bit while preserving the original vision of the game.
