It this Nuzlocke challenge I must spin the wheel whenever a mon dies, I get raided, and when I beat a gym as well as every 10 likes starting at 5 and every time subs goes up to ending in a 0 (does not count if its the same number more than once)
when $5 donated to me, every $2.50 donated to charity and every member or gifted member I add a slot to the reset wheel and spin the workout wheel.
Every 5 members is a reset as well.
Every reset I spin the reset wheel which starts at a 1/100 chance of me doing the Paqui one chip challenge.
While I'm in a gym I must pedal in order to move.
--On the wheel--
15 push-ups
20 crunches
15 squats
50 calf raises
10 bicep curls
20 resistance band curls
run in place for 5 minutes
25 half jacks
30 sec plank
1/4 mile pedal
1 min groin stretch
1 min baseball stretch
drink water (sip for 10 sec)
5 chin-ups
