You want to hit the bottom grey button that says "ダウンロード." Then after unzipping, launch the main file and enter the IP address of the server you want to play on. This was played on the "beginner server" at 54.65.18.39 which is available until January 2016. The default settings server is at 219.193.50.70, and other servers are listed here at this lovely website: http://airmodo-en.wikidot.com/
