The secret ending is a couple lines of post-credits dialog that plays at the end of both normal endings and has nothing to do with anything. You only get it if you obtain 100% of the green collectibles that are hidden throughout the levels.

It's kind of insulting how little you get for all of the effort, honestly.

FORECLOSED has a ridiculous grain effect that becomes a real problem at 4K. Recording it compresses it, which makes it go insane. Then Youtube compresses it again, causing super bad things to happen. There's random white flickering if you watch this at 4K, so step down to 1440p for the best version of this video.

I even added noise reduction before uploading. It helps, but not enough.
