This second part to Episode 3 of "TIER LIST.exe" has been long awaited...
literally being 11 months since the first part, so if it seems like the episode order is messed up, it's just that I consider this a continuation of
Ep. 3 (Pt.1/3). As well as when I eventually get to doing the FINAL evolutions video, it will be (Pt.3/3).) Hopefully this video does well, and I have even more incentive to get to the next part. So here we go for a long bumpy ride tiering ALL STARTER POKEMON MIDDLE STAGE EVOLUTIONS.
