With only one day left of her summer vacation, and the final room in the depths of Pandemonium right in front of her, Sumeriko marches into the room and proudly proclaims she wishes to fight a god, greater in strength than those she has already bested. Shinki, bored of the peace and quiet that befell her lands, accepts the challenge, holding nothing back against the mortal who bested all of her creations.

In all seriousness, this fight was the only challenging battle in the whole game for me. Shinki resist everything and has 25k health to burn. To make matters worse, her unique skill, which the player cannot obtain, sets her stats to +3 and your whole party to -3. If you can't out speed her, she will melt at least one of your party or kill Sumeriko. I do use the exploit of swapping her stat changes, then having Sumeriko use Dai-Para. Shinki knows Dai-Atma but not Dai-Para, but her attacks still shread health at -3 attack. This is a test of patience, team building, and how often you need to rely on the phone to cheese battles. However, once she goes down, there is no other challege left to face in Gensokyo nor Makai. Sumeriko will have cemented herself in the memories of everyone before leaving the fantasy realm for good. Honestly, a great fan story for an obscure Touhou character.
