And you thought that you had the biggest gun - Starpoint Gemini Warlords Gameplay episode 21
Today me and the crew return to Starpoint Gemini Warlords, a game where you can not only command a starship to do starship things, can also build fleets of AI controlled vessels to do some of your starship things via proxy. In this episode, fresh from completing the main story campaign the game rolled us straight into one of the dlc storylines that involved us investigating the massive T-Gate at the center of the solar system. This turned out to be a trap set by a powerful rival faction that I didn't even know existed until recently. Unfortunately for my opponents, tampering with the T-Gate, or Starpoint as it's officially known, causes several ships to appear, including a ship so massive that it could probably be confused as a space station, that are commanded by the so called King of Gemini. After our opponents retreat from this new threat we get roped into fighting the King's battles for him, and manage to take several zones in his name, even if our faction is actually the ones controlling them. Also, in between all of this I mobilize the Proxima to assault and conquer several problem planets that have been giving my faction and our allies a fair amount of grief in the past. Hopefully now those annoyances have been reduced to a bare minimum, but I doubt it. Enjoy.
