This is the last boss you need to defeat to get the last Elpis weapon set, Elpis Hammer.
Collect 5 Tesla Core and do the moldy quest to unlock this boss.
At the start of battle, Aspid will inflict darkness to all party. Here I use darkness immunity badge only on Minalca so she can attack in the first turn. The other can still cast their skill in darkness state since they're not attacking.
At the start of 2nd turn, the boss will inflict confuse that practically prevent you to do anything.
