When I made my first AM2R video, I intended to continue past the first Alpha Metroid, but I never really got into the game. I guess I was just busy with other stuff at the time.
Funnily enough, a year later I managed to beat the entire thing in just a few sittings.
A few days after beating the game, I thought to myself, "I wonder if I should do another playthrough of this game, actually recording it this time?"
Needless to say, the answer was obvious.
I'm beating the first five Alpha Metroid's today, along with the Ancient Guardian.

How to download AM2R v1.5.5 (Windows)

(Before starting, make sure that you have .NET Framework 4.8 installed.)
1. Download a legitimate copy of AM2R v1.1 onto your computer. (I AM UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE DOWNLOAD LINK, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND IT YOURSELF.)
2. Download the AM2R launcher, found here. https://github.com/AM2R-Community-Developers/AM2RLauncher/releases/latest (This is gonna apply AM2R v1.5.5 onto AM2R v1.1.)
3. Unzip the folder the AM2R launcher is located in and then open the launcher by double-clicking on it.
4. Click on the "Download" button, (This will download the necessary patch files.)
5. CLick the "Select 1.1" button, select your copy of AM2R v1.1, and let the AM2R Launcher verify it. (Important note: if the verification fails, you have an illegitimate copy of AM2R and should find a legitimate version.)
6. Click the install button.

How to download Re-Splashed v1.0 (Windows)

1. Download the .zip file of Re-Splashed onto your computer. https://github.com/AbyssalCreature/AM2R-Re-Splashed/releases/tag/v1.0.0-CU (The file will be different depending on which OS you are using and which variant you choose.)
2. (AM2R v1.5.5 should be downloaded first. If you have not done so yet, do so now.) Click on the "Mod Settings" tab.
3. click on the "Add New Mod" button, and then select Re-Splashed from your downloads (or wherever you put it.)
4. Go back into the "Play" tab and select the mod from the dropdown menu, which is below "Create APK."
5. Click on the "Install" button.
