Are Historical Call of Duty Games Still Good Today?
2Let's revisit Call of Duty's glory days by playing the main games in the series set within the World War 2 time period. Medal of Honor and Wolfenstein basically popularized the entire WW2 genre, but it seems Call of Duty is doing it's fair share to keep it alive and kicking.
Treyarch, Sledgehammer Games and Infinity Ward seem to be diversifying the Call of Duty Franchise with each new release.. Between Black Ops, Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare and even Vanguard, the Call of Duty series has been straying further and further away from historical warfare. Soon we'll be seeing if this trend continues with Call of Duty 2024 or perhaps 2023 if the rumors prove to be true.
