Seit dem 15.3 ist Ark Survival Evolved als Standalone auf Steam als Free to Play erhältlich.
Daher ist Survival of the Fittest nun für jeden spielbar, ob ihr Ark kauft oder nicht.
Studio Wildcard bringt Survival of the Fittest als erstes M.O.S.A. - a Multiplayer Online Survival Arena.
Man kann in 4 unterschiedlichen Spielmodis spielen (1 Spieler Tribe, 2 Spieler, 4 Spieler und 6 Spieler).
Je nach Spielmodi entscheidet sich wie viele Gegner man hat und wie lange das Match läuft.
Es gibt wohl nun wieder zähmbar: den Riesenaffen, Spinne und den Drachen (allerdings wohl nicht im 1 Spieler Tribe Modus)
Viele Events laufen während so einer Runde und machen einem das Überleben schwerer.
