Why is the damage so low on the underwater weapons:
It's a simulation and underwater bullets obviously will not do as much damage
as a projectile through the air.
My shots aren't hitting, is my player/gun bugged?
No, you just loaded a STANAG underwater meaning you're shooting regular bullets underwater
