Now you maybe asking yourselves, Aleck, why are you doing a playthrough to Armored Core V on the Playstation 3? Well, I am doing a playthrough to this game because of the recently released Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. Man, the AC series has been in hibernation for 10 years and now we have a new entry that was released on August 25th. From the creators of Dark Souls comes the fifth entry in the Armored Core series, it's Armored Core V. In this game, you control a giant robot called the "Armored Core" taking on various missions and destroying your enemies with your weapons of mass destruction. In my playthrough of this game, I played through six missions. So, what is my verdict on this game. It's not too shabby. I had a bit of fun playing it. I picked up my copy back in July 2018 from Amazon along with a manga and an anime DVD as well. If you are a fan of FromSoftware or Armored Core, you may want to check it out for yourself. My next PS3 playthrough will be another game where you control a mecha. It's Gundam Breaker (2013).
