Tonights video features my childhood collection of Pokémon cards- tapping on the cards and on the plastic binder pages and sleeves. I wore my crinkliest blouse too so lots of crinkles when I'm moving my arms. All whispering for this one!
Wheeeeew we are DEEP diving today! I really thought these cards were lost to the sands of time- I was so thrilled when they were discovered again. Pokémon fascinated me as a child, on top of collecting these cards I would read the manga, watch the anime, and draw draw drAAWWW all my favs over and over again. It's kind of cool to see young kids into it now- a whole new generation of fans!
By the way, let me know what you think of the new camera angle. I used a sheet of clear plexiglass and set it up as my tabletop, and shot from underneath. Kind of a weird angle maybe but I'm really trying to think outside of the box here- even if this angle is not what we like best I'll keep trying new stuff!
