Assassin's Creed 3 - Animus Syncing Pivots Explained
2,591As of a patch the week of 11/19/2012 you will be able to have the hood back up when not in Homestead.
In this video I'll be going over how the pivot system works that you unlock after the 3rd epilogue mission. These pivots are placed around the map in Boston, New York, and the Frontier to triangulate the position of other pivots. Once unlocked you can go into the options menu within the animus and enable certain cheats. Game progress is NOT saved while these cheats are active. The following cheats you can get through the pivots are:
Made of Steel - You can't get hurt.
Infinite Ammunition - You have infinite ammunition
Killing Spree - You can always assassinate
Semi-Automatic - No more reload for ranged weapons
Ninja - Guard Detection and investigation is disabled
Recruit - You have infinite recruit tokens
Thunder Kill - Thunder and Lightning surrounds you every time you kill an enemy
Weather Man - Weather switches from rain/snow to sunny and vice versa
Sun And Moon - Change from day to night and vice versa
Season Changer - Set the season to Summer or Winter
