My wife is divorcing me and my kids have made it clear they no longer want to see me again. I suffer from mental health issues. I decided to video diary my experience as I face homelessness and loneliness. I did make the terrible mistake of trying to take my own life but thanks to a great emergency service, the NHS, doctors and therapists and counsellors I am past that. I live in rural Norfolk and list the services below that have helped me. I urge you to seek advice and help from your own local or national services and charities. Don't give in. Don't give up!
