Once you arrive in Atlantica you’ll be transformed through Donalds magic into sea creatures and be given a tutorial on the basics of swimming and fighting underwater.

New Heartless: Sheltering Zone
Drops: Frost Gem (8%), Ether (4%), and Blizzaga Ring (1%).

Drops: Thunder Gem (4%), Hi-Potion (2%), and Thundaga Ring (0.2%).

New Heartless: Sea Neon
Drops: Frost Gem (4％), Ether (1%), and Blizzaga Ring (0.2%).

New Heartless: Aqua Tank
Drops: Thunder Gem (8%), Mega-Potion (4%), and Thundaga Ring (1%).

You’ll be attacked by some new heartless before being told to make your way to the Palace by following the Trident markers on the walls.

First things first you have several chests you can grab in the Undersea Valley. Use Fire magic to open the red clam for a mythril shard. Smack the clam behind it for another item. Sink to the bottom to find another 2 clams. On the far side of this area you’ll find 2 clams up high before heading into the Calm Depths following the Trident Markers.

Go to your right hugging to wall to slip into the next area. Defeat the Heartless here and use the Fire spell twice on the Sea Urchin floating off to the side to create a shortcut.

Once your done, go through to the Undersea Cave to grab another clam and continue following the Trident markers into the next large area, The Undersea Gorge.

Here you’ll find a blue clam behind you to open with Blizzard. Head into the middle of the area for another clam, before heading into Ariel’s Grotto for 3 chests, one of which contains our next Torn Page.

Head back outside and through to Triton’s Palace. You’ll find another 4 chests here once you clear the area of enemies. Finally make your way into the Palace for some scenes.

After the scenes you’ll need to head back to Ariel’s Grotto. On the way you should encounter a Dolphin in the Undersea Gorge area. Grab onto it and ride it. You need to ride it in this area to trigger it to appear in the next area. Watch the scenes in the grotto to continue.

Quickly duck into the Undersea Garden area off of the Undersea Gorge to grab another chest.

From here you’ll want to head back to the Undersea Cave and continue into the Calm Depths. Use the shortcut we opened to get into the Undersea Valley. Here you’ll want to defeat the heartless so that the Dolphin will appear. Once he does grab on and he’ll take you to the Sunken Ship area.

Here you’ll find 2 chests on the sea floor. Head into the Sunken Ship to grab another 3 chests, including one containing a Crystal Trident key item. Once you’re done head outside to start our first mini-boss battle of the area.

Boss Battle: Shark
HP: 200 EXP: 100
Rewards: Hi-Potion (100%), Ether (80%), Mega-Potion (30%).

This is a very straight forward fight. He doesn’t have much HP and only rewards a few common items for defeating him. Finish him off and head back to the Calm Depths and through to the Undersea Cave on your way back to Ariel’s Grotto. Once you’re there, interact with the Crystal Trident Insignia to trigger a scene.

Now that that’s done, make your way back to Triton’s Palace to continue the story. Be sure to defeat the heartless you run into on the way back, Atlantica is the best place to gather both Frost and Thunder Gems, which you’ll need for Synthesis materials.

For this upcoming battle you’re going to need all your item slots taken up with Ethers. You’ve probably got enough so go ahead and equip them now.

Head back through the Undersea Cave to the Calm Depths and out through our Urchin Hole to ride the Dolphin back to the Sunken Ship. You may find the shark is back, so deal with him again for another set of items. Once you’re done there is an exit to the undersea Gorge at the bottom level of the Sunken Ship area that has a chest containing Orichalcum. Grab it and then make your way to the large rock with the Seahorse symbol to have Sebastian open the way to the Den of Tides area for you. Take the right path to get access to a save point. This is your last chance to switch out your items if you have not, make sure to hotkey Fire magic to your shortcuts as well. When you’re ready head down the left path to confront Ursula.
