ANOTHER ONE

Here's the second set of lyrics I sent to @Cutelilpineapple half a year ago and just barely got around to! Huge shoutout to them for continuing this project and being happy to sing and be an amazing human! They also added the dialogue to this one, which I ADORE! I personally feel like adding some speaking parts helps set the stage, in a sense.

So I wrote this one out while working on Apex of the World because that piece has a call-back to this one, so I wanted the lyrics to match. There's a couple of bits inspired from Juno Songs' version if you know that one https://youtu.be/xs3h7RP-Ssg?si=zbTCxOu6gGNz3tK9 .

My personal favorite bit is probably Dimitri's solo at the second verse. In my head, it's a stage play and the lights go dark on everyone except a spotlight on him aha. His headspace is a lot of fun to explore (which is why there's so many video essays on YT about him LOL), no matter the part of the story. I also really like Annette's interjections (my headcanon is that if she were in modern day, she'd probably have undiagnosed ADHD like me). I really like having the other characters have little lines here and there, especially the Blue Lions cause they're such a tight group of friends ;w;
