So, if you kill 98 and all 4 NPC's survive, you get to fight 'White Dragon', who is 'Ice Human' and is best fought using an electric, man eater set up.
This set up is useless against 'The Greater Demon'
Sometimes, the fight on b99 glitches, and White dragon doesn't appear. This means the swap pad doesn't appear at the end of that fight, so you cannot change back to Demon set up.
Very annoying
