I ordered the Japanese physical release of Baldur's Gate 3 a few months ago since at the time Japan was the only region that was going to receive a physical release of BG3 and it just arrived! Since I put in my preorder though, Larian Studios has actually announced a western physical release of BG3 that is exclusive to their own online store, so that's honestly the best way to get a physical release if you live in the west.
