The road to becoming the ping pong champion is paved with broken balls and broken dreams.

What originally started off a segment in a much different video blossomed (using that term extremely loosely) into something much much different. Enter Balls of Fury, the video game based off of the 2007 comedy film of the same name. Though this game is a relatively early entry into the six year long life of the Wii, it managed to garner the dubious honor of being one of the worst video games ever produced for the system.

While it's namesake movie may be mid at best, does the game that spawned from it truly deserve it's negative reputation after all it's time? Is there really a purpose in playing this game so long after people forgot this movie even existed? Will HD DVD ever become a viable home media format? Was it worth buying a bunch of ping pong balls to throw around my basement while losing two of them in the process?
