Bario tower devs allegedly really hate this one, the head (I think) also profusely apologized for it.

Some jank (some tight rocket bits and a weird lap 2 placement) aside I'm not really sure why, it's a cute enough level with some interesting balloon usage. Could use some minor qol like arrows in the secret but I thought it was more interesting to play and P rank than Descent. Also the balloon enemy is cute!!
