Dante's mission is to defeat Jedah and get the Soul Stone from him in the Dark Kingdom where he resides. When he arrives Jedah attempts to engage in banter, but Dante is ready to fight. Unfortunately, Jedah strikes first and declares victory. Dante isn't ready to give up yet and goes into his Devil Trigger. It's a real demon fight now.

Dante will stay enhanced by Devil Trigger, which is normally only a temporary super move transformation, for the entire fight. Meanwhile, Jedah is constantly refilling his health and is also in possession of the Soul Stone. Because of his regneration you need to keep up the attack and must not slow down. Defeat him to reclaim the Soul Stone and Dante has an epiphany on how to defeat Ultron Sigma.

Ultron Sigma sits atop the throne of Xgard and when the heroes arrive he summons Thor to fight for him. Defeat the Asgardian prince to end this insult. Thor, pitted against Spider-Man and Morrigan, is resistant to damage and has more powerful hyper combos than normally. Be ready to block his powerful attacks. Once he is down the big bad steps up.

Ultron Sigma, with an Xgardian (resistant to damage), step up. He controls the Reality Stone and the Space Stone and is constantly regenerating his hyper combo gauge. However, unlike the first encounter with him in the beginning of this story, you can defeat him. Captain America and Strider have the Mind Stone and the Power Stone at their disposal. You can alternate stones by pressing in the right stick (assuming you have default controls are are on a standard control pad), but the stone used depends on your personality. If you are confident in your combos then perhaps you should use the Power Stone to bat away Ultron Sigma and hit him hard in the corner. If you're more concerned with doing Hyper Combos then pull out the Mind Stone and keep your gauge maxed out with the Infinity Storm. Your best bet is to take out the Xgardian quickly so that Ultron Sigma can't tag out to regenerate.
