=============

DEFAULT OPTIONS RULES:
- GAME LEVEL: 7
- GAME TIME: 60 second
- GAME SPEED: Normal

MORE RULES AND INFO:
- CPU Contestants are paired randomly until there are only 4 or less.
- Winning the standard TMNT Tournament Fighters match earns a point. 3 Points are required for complete victory! (Gameplay modifiers can override amount of points required.)
- Prior to part 7, CPU contestants had 2 Continues. A Continue is lost when CPU fighter fails to secure enough points. And it's Game Over for losing while having 0 Continues.
- As of part 7; continues were disabled, and every CPU fighter that was eliminated was brought back for a chance at a better placement.
- Double KO is a foul! If it occurs, the winning fighter will automatically lose any Tiebreakers until the next video.
- Matches in video #4 and onwards will apply Gameplay Modifiers to each match from there on out. Every modifier is selected at random. (See list of modifiers below)
- ALL CHARACTERS ALLOWED: Karai and Rat King are included despite being brokenly overpowered.
- BANNED STAGES: Back Alley and Non-Stage. All other stages are allowed due to CPUs having no frame rate issues.

GAMEPLAY MODIFIERS:
-- HANDICAPPED: 5 Points to win. Everyone starts at the lowest Handicap, and it increases throughout each match as the opponent get's round victories over them.
-- SPECIALS / ULTIMATES ONLY [cancelled]: Winning a round earns a Point, but it doesn't count unless the final blow is a Command, Special or Ultimate. Defeating opponent with an Ultimate results in an instant win!
-- CHAOTIC STAGE: Stage changes every fight.
-- LOW TIME LIMIT: 5 Points to win, and Game Time changed to 30 seconds.
-- HIGH TIME LIMIT: Game Time changed to 90 seconds.
-- NO TIME LIMIT: Game Time changed to infinite.
-- QUICK MATCH: Winning a round earns a Point, and it's 5 Points to win.
-- DOMINATIOR: Points don't matter, and must win 3 matches in a row! Prepare for a long fight!
-- FROM THE GRAVE [cancelled]: Fighter with the lowest score get's challenged by a fighter that has already run out of Continues.
