One of the main components of Oblivion is raiding dungeons. At the end of some of these dungeons are boss characters. Or, so they are called.

Bosses in Oblivion are really not that fun to fight. They aren't to much more stronger than normal enemies, and don't have that much better gear. This sucks, because bosses will drop unique items that are really strong for the player. But there have been times where I fight a boss who uses a two handed axe and their unique item was a shield. Like, how does that even work Oblivion?
