I was told this was horror game, and maybe it is to some regard with the silly body horror and all, but I actually really thought this was a cute and wholesome game. Some of it was a little sad, but it kind of helped me mentally in other regards. You get to explore every character and watch them deteriorate or think lowly of themselves and try to overcome their mental obstacles. Myself going through troubles at the moment, I love when games add psychological issues or topics into them. Sometimes, it can even help the player with their own issues I feel. So, thank you for that.
Overall, this game is pretty insane. It's very silly and relaxing if you're looking to chill, get carried away for hours, or look at cute or colourful things. A lot of it is cute and the story, although a little messed up, is pretty wholesome. Even the ending is bittersweet and wholesome in a way.
If you're not interested in cute stuff, it's still a pretty messed up story. I won't spoil much, but it's really good!
Anyways, I usually don't post serious reviews and usually post silly ones, but I felt as though this game earned something from the heart here. It's easily become one of my most favourite games now!
