Hey y'all, in case I missed it in the video and there's a need to travel around... here is the link to the staryard and ship services tech locations. In this video, I have you all tag along in the design process while I figure everything out... from start to finish.

**Note: If you've sided with SysDef, Lt. Toft will be a ship services technician on the Vigilance. She has Nova and Deimos parts similar to New Atlantis ship services tech.**
Recommendations before continuing on:
Level 60 or above
Piloting Rank 4
Starship Design Rank 4
Bring at least 500K credits to be safe
**This build was done at my own Outpost on Nesoi and as said in the video. I did have to travel to New Atlantis and New Homestead for additional parts. Most of these parts were purchased from my Nesoi Outpost.**
Parts List:
Nova Galactic located in the Sol System - North/Northwest of the Map - The only Yellow Planet called Titan - Land at New Homestead and speak to ship services technician.
**NOTE: Some Nova and Deimos parts can be found at the New Atlantis Ship Services Technician**
2 - Nova Braking Engines
2 - 300G He3 Tanks
4 - NG-15 Landinng Gear (Not available at New Atlantis Ship Services)
1 - NG-20 Wide Landing Gear (Not available at New Atlantis Ship Services)
1 - Nova Weapon Mount
1 - Nova Bracer
2 - SuperNova 2200 Engines (Can also be found At Nesoi Outpost or New Atlantis as wel and you can add more for additional mobilityl)
6 - Horizon Weapon Mounts (4 are simply cosmetic as you'll see in the build)
1 - 100CM Ballast Cargo Hold (Either the standard 100CM or if you have your Outpost location where I do, the 100CM Shielded will do just fine)
Stroud-Eklund (Either found next to Sieghart's Outfitters in Neon Core on Volii Alpha in Neon or in the Deepala System - Dalvik - Narion - Stroud-Eklund Staryard)
1 - Viking CP-220 Cockpit
2 - Stroud Nose Cap D
1 - Assurance SG-1800 Shield Generator (If available at outpost or Stroud Staryard, if not then New Atlantis Ship Technician will have it)
Optional - 1 - Stroud Mid-Bracer (If you prefer grab an extra Deimos Hull A from below)
Deimos Staryard or Ship Services Technician on New Atlantis. For Deimos Staryard, open the Star Map and Go to Sol System (At the bottom of Mars there will an icon and a tiny planet called Deimos. Select Deimos Staryard and look for the following if New Atlantis Ship Services doesn't have them:
2 - Deimos Bumper Mid Variant
2 - Deimos Bumper Fore Variants
1 - Deimos Radiator
2 - Deimos Cowling
1 - Deimos Hull A (Possibly more for engine duplication)
1 - Deimos Spine C
1 - Deimos Spine E
6 - Deimos Wing E
1 - Deimos Belly (Flipped to Aft for flip-cancel technique to fit under duplicated engines)
1 - Deimos 100DP Slim Docker Bottom
1 - 120LD Landing Bay
1 - Fusor DC403 Reactor (If not available here, New Atlantis Ship Services Technician will have it)
1 - Aurora 13G Grav Drive (If not available here, New Atlantis Ship Services Technician will have it)
Optional - 2 Portholes (For Port and Starboard sides of the Engineering Bay)

From Taiyo Astroneering (Volii Alpha - Neon Core - Head to Ryujin (All Red), Elevetor to Taiyo Astroneering - Hang two right turns into the Taiyo Sales Room and head down the stairs (Where the cockpit demo is) and speak to Veronica Young)
