normally when you do a camera proxy, you have a mandatory cooldown before you can swing the wrench out of a glove throw. wrench swinging twice at any point 'stores' an instant wrench swing out of glove throws, allowing you to get extra height by immediately wrenching towards a wall.

the example here skips the wallbounce which was necessary in the old camera proxy. you can also do double wrench swings out of cam proxies to 'store' the instant wrench swing effect for later proxies, allowing you to chain this effect multiple times in a row... but it's probably not useful anywhere?
