Can Venom Symbiotes Kill Xenomorphs?
Who would win, Symbiote (Marvel) vs Xenomorph (Alien)?
Probably the symbiote, I imagine. The reason is, the aspects of the xenomorph that make it most dangerous–its ferocity, relentlessness, and acid-based blood–are rendered effectively useless by the symbiote. For example, if it chose to use the Xenomorph as a host, what could it do to stop it? In fact, the xenomorph’s relatively ‘simple’ nature would probably ensure the symbiote would be able to accomplish its goal. Let’s look at another scenario, pitting an ‘infected’ human against a xenomorph.
This depends upon certain variables: I have seen the Venom and Carnage symbiotes create bladed weapons out of themselves at will. This being the case, would they be proof against the acid-based blood of the xenomorph?
I have no idea, but the battle potentially rides on the answer. I have never been a huge Venom fan, but I recall him also being able to create projectile weapons from the ‘stuff’ of his body (if this isn’t the case, please edit this answer to make the correction). If that’s the case it’s a game-changer because it means that the symbiote can inflict damage upon the xenomorph without putting itself in range of it or its corrosive blood. In fact, it’s hard to find a scenario where the xenomorph comes out on top. It cannot be infected via Facehugger, though there’s no reason I can see why the symbionte can’t infect a xenomorph if it chose to do so.
