Mode 2, Config E1 (see Issues below)
Needs Mode 2 to resolve laggy movement and timing of music.
Issue: Black screen (strange OPL issue). Solution to black screen: Go to your main FreeMcBoot menu, select Free HDBoot Configurator, select Configure E1 launch keys, select Circle button, select your OPL 1.0 ELF file (OPL app), go to Return, and select Save CNF to MC1 (Memory Card slot 1), Mass (if using USB), or hdd0 (internal hard drive). MAKE SURE YOU SAVE. Reboot console after saving. When FreeMcBoot logo appears, hold Circle button to automatically launch OPL. Once OPL library appears, scroll to Cartoon Network Racing and press Cross/X to run game. Make sure Mode 2 is set in Game Settings before running game. You will have to automatically boot to OPL every time you want to run this game. ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION: Have Configure E1 launch keys, select AutoBoot, and select OPL 1.0 ELF file, and Save CNF (as stated above). This will autoboot to OPL every time you boot up your PS2.
No crashing experienced at extensive testing.
