Prison Break: The Conspiracy is essentially a third-person stealth game in which you guide Agent Paxton through life in jail, a grind of sneaking around the prison and taking odd jobs from other inmates to earn their trust and complete your assignment. It makes sense that Paxton would use his peers to his advantage, but your actions never really provide much sense of accomplishment.
