Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Tennis for the Game Boy developed by Nintendo and Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo.

Four years after launching for the NES, Tennis was rereleased for the Game Boy with updated graphics. The game’s more detailed sprites and cartoony look gives it much more character than the original, which makes it feel a bit more “Nintendo.” Unfortunately, the game does not include doubles play on the Game Boy, but this version still has the overall edge. Look for Mario working as the line judge, too! Although he’s probably just texting Princess Peach. Tennis is a single-player game on the Game Boy.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Tennis for the Game Boy and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
