Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown for the Game Boy Advance developed by Blitz Games and published by THQ.
The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown is a single-player platformer. Timmy Turner is watching his favorite show when suddenly, his television stops working. His wishes for Cosmo and Wanda to fix the television, but their magic powers aren't working. That's because the Royal Jewel has been stolen, so it's up to Timmy to find it. The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown is a simple platform game for younger gamers. The level design is standard to a fault, but the gameplay mechanics are sufficient. Nothing great, but nothing terrible. The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown won't blow you away, but if you're a fan of the show, it might be worth a go.
