613Using both soft tissue techniques, HVLA thrusts—the joint cracking!—and massage, we're going to work on your whole body today! After checking in on your range of movement (with camera movement), we'll warm up the neck and get some stretching done before adjusting your neck, legs, and back. It was a VERY windy day, so you might hear some of that in the background :) joint cracking is a bit soft, I used my own joints for the sound layer and since it was in the middle of the video, I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be this huge, loud CRACK.
