Unlike the Sega Genesis and NES, there aren't many aftermarket controller options (if any) for the Sega Mark III and Master System, and what controllers are available, from Sega, aren't very good (which is rare for Sega!). Your Genesis / Mega Drive gamepad won't work for all the games which is why you need a real SMS / Mark III controller, and this is it!
