Classic Unit Challenge | Starcraft II - Nova Covert Ops | Ep. 14
0Welcome to the next episode of my Starcraft II playthrough / let's play, recorded on 2023-05-13, where I ask myself the question "Can you beat Starcraft 2 with only Starcraft 1 units?".
Last one. With the Nova DLC already begun last time, there is only a handful of missions left.
The Defenders of Man move their plan along, luring Zerg to attack undefended worlds. Alarak also chimes in, diplomatic as ever, and later challenges Nova to a who-can-snort-the-most-Terrazine challenge. Once that is done, Nova regains her memories and learns how she was used by the Defenders of Man to bring the Zerg invasion about.
In the second half, events bring us back to Korhal. Valerian needs saving from an assassination attempt and General Davis, secretly head of the Defenders of Man, is to be arrested. Then the ever unhelpful Tal'Darim edgelords break up the party and have to be taught a lesson about collateral damage. Finally, General Davis is cornered and brought down, giant Mecha notwithstanding.
And that concludes this Starcraft 2 run. Despite my ever present complaints, it has been a fun playthrough.
