In this part we play Chapter 3-1, Cloud Cruising, we clear it with all Melons and Special Hearts, and defeat the Boss Cloud N. Candy. The gimmick of this stage are the colored snakes that we'll need to ride to progress. The Green Snakes will change direction from up to down whenever we jump on them while constantly heading to the right, and the Pink Snakes will invert themselves from left to right whenever we jump on them while constantly going upwards. Note: Unlike the original 6 Yoshi's, the Black & White Yoshi consider every fruit type their favorite and aren't affected by "bad food" such as Peppers.

Cloud N. Candy's Attacks: Cloud N. Candy will simply jump around the arena, trying to land on us. It moves faster the smaller it gets.

Strategy: All we have to do to win is simply lick Cloud N. Candy to death. Every lick makes it smaller until it ceases to exist, and the battle is over.
