COD 2 Big Red One for the PS2 GURRRLLL! I am excited to play this, I have been craving a FPS experience and so why not take a look at one of the most successful series of the genre, specifically where it's popularity all began GORL! I love that there is options to add subtitles and choose how I want the experience to be with the controls and sounds. It is always a good sign of care for the development of the game, my time and experience. I chose normal difficulty as FPS are not my strong suit but will probably still be a challenge.

The graphics are pretty good imo although I struggle to understand what it is that is going on like one does when you play something for the first time and are adjusting. Also everyone is green so, they all look the same and although I have tags that state friends, they don't display constantly so friendly fire is definitely plaguing the game a little. I struggle to discern when I can explore or when that becomes deadly as some missions demand your cooperation right away and some can wait. They def have the war feels on 100%.
The effects, walls that explode near you, crumbling buildings and planes that almost hit you as they fall from the sky when attempting to reach your destination are excellent moments. I do struggle with the controls a bit but will get better I am sure. This game has sections in between combat where you control random vehicles, the controls are ok surprisingly enough. I don't usually enjoy these moments in game because they are usually full of jank but so far it is alright and not destructive to the overall good time.
