Using a 35/65% poison on hit blessing and 82/100% frostbite on hit so you could get 48% net frostbite there.

4 LP Vipertail was 18m, there's another decent one up for 15 and 3 LP's go for 5. Sold off a 2 LP Twisted Heart today for 29; merchant guild OP. 70% poison chance on hit is converted to frostbite = BIG. 70% slow for faster Strike Their Flank stack and 60% dodge for faster Smoke Traps stack are nice freebies but the rest is useless. Probably lose around 400-500 armor dropping a Praetorian. Cold res should be where the dodge is but there weren't many good experimental mana belts up and double dodge is decent for now plus already got 459% cold. Slammed a 3 LP Heirloom without the AS. Cunts are going up at 9m+ now. Ideally you want 35%+ cold res and high vit on it, fuck the rest.

Changes i've made to the build:
- Went full support on the bird. It's damage is negligible with how fast we're attacking now. Dropped Rending Talons, Agile Prey, Is It A Bird?, Falconer's Journey in Falconry for the 5s buff which gives you 15% movement speed to damage conversion and 15% attack speed. Should be up pretty much all the time. Also get the 16% execute, insane value vs oros/bosses. It can still proc cold pools for Amatoxic and passively give you mana back with Sapping Strikes.
- Dropped Sky Signal for 2/4 Ash Compartment in Explosive Trap.

How the build does damage: spam Trap detonations to fling multiple flasks that stack frostbite DoTs.

How to sustain mana: T7 throwing cost red rings x2, using a pot with 'mana gained on potion use' experimental affix on belt, Sapping Strikes x direct Flask cast (x2 value with Elecoe), 6/6 Rover Stamina mana regen/mana on dodge, Hunters Spoils.

How to get more DPS:
- 11/20% poison on hit 2x1 & 3x1 idols. Can get 102% with Throne of Ambition.

Reckon it'd have 8k+ stable ward (no last steps) but it requires a LOT of investment. 240+ total attributes would get you 6 mana back off Hunters Spoils (an extra 5 to present) every time the bird hits a boss/rare enemy or kills an enemy. Shift- Swift Recovery would give back 48 mana every use under 50% hp, consuming 13 = 3 trap casts worth.

Notes:
- Frostbite = A DoT that deals Cold Damage and increases chance to be Frozen by 20%. It has 36 base damage and lasts 3 seconds. Can stack with no limit but only the first 30 stacks increase chance to be Frozen. Frostbite has a fixed base damage, but is affected by damage modifiers from the skill tree and attribute scaling of the skill that applies it. We've got 260% Frostbite chance (applies multiple stacks) off of the core 3 uniques: Frostbite Shackles/Snowdrift/Volatile Ice. It’s got double cold penetration. Every 10% freeze rate multiplier you’ve got converts to 2% cold penetration via Snowdrift. Every 5% uncapped cold res converts to 3% cold pen via the Knowledge of Immunity Acid Flask node. No pen cap.
- Penetration bypasses a given amount of % res of the enemy. This even can go into the negative, so even on enemies with 0 resistance (which most enemies have) it will increase your dmg. Shred = -5% (or -2% vs bosses) res to enemies, stacks up to x times.
- Only need 1 point in Minefield as each detonation procs the Flask flings so multiple traps make no difference. Don't need to aim.
- Base dam of frostbite scales harder with freeze rate multi than % cold damage.
- Elecoe's additional Flask damage doesn't affect your DoT. It's solid for crit builds. We're using it for the double mana back off Sapping Strikes direct Flask casts and +2 levels of throwing skills. The bird consumes pots and can proc double mana back too. Was buffed in 1.0 to give % dodge rating as an implicit. Pots won't be an issue with leech.
- Ash compartment is our only source of cold shred.
- Contamination and Hydrochloric Acid don’t convert to cold. Lasting Sickness doesn’t convert to frostbite duration.
- Main defense comes from capped dodge and glancing blows while spamming traps (Explosive Trap - Smoke Traps node buffs the fuck out of these so mana sustain is important for survival) and i've got 90% GB base, over 2.5k stacked armor from Throne of Ambition/Stymphalian Feathers, double leech from Bleeding Heart + throwing attack leech blessing (may change this to 50% increased leech rate), 9% block, ward when enemies freeze off Frostbite Shackles and -32% damage taken while moving.
